Flexible, High-Viscosity Multipurpose Medical Adhesive for Plastics Assembly

MD^® 1201-M-GEL-SC medical device adhesive rapidly bonds of a variety of flexible and rigid plastics typically used in the manufacture of medical devices. This product features Dymax patented See-Cure technology for easy visual confirmation of material placement and verification of full cure. Bondable substrates include PC, PVC, PU, ABS, and PET as well as PEBA. Applications include the assembly of reservoirs, catheters, and tube sets and fittings. 1201-M-GEL-SC also meets a variety of ISO 10993 biocompatibility approvals.

Dymax MD^® Medical Device adhesives are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
