Flexible Plastic Adhesive for Medical Devices

MD^® 1201-M-T-SC medical device adhesive is a moisture-resistant multipurpose material for fast bonding of rigid and flexible plastics typically used in medical disposable device assembly. This thixotropic product is formulated with Dymax patented See-Cure technology which provides manufacturers with easy visual confirmation of material placement and full cure. Bondable substrates include PC, PVC, PU, ABS, and PET, as well as PEBA. 1201-M-T-SC also meets a variety of ISO 10993 approvals.

Dymax MD^® Medical Device adhesives are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.

MD^®1201-M-T-SC medical device adhesive is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11EC.
